Phở Nouveau in the heart of downtown Boise has been throwing down some delicious Pho for over 10 years. I can’t even count how many times we’ve eaten here and we’ve always loved it. They have great vegetarian Pho as well.

Phở Le is leading the pack with it’s over 600 stellar Google reviews. So they must be doing something right and I can assure you they are. They have a generous menu and like most other Pho restaurants offer a variety of dishes other than Pho. They also have vegetarian Pho and there menu even includes directions on how to garnish your Pho like a pro.

Another popular Pho spot with a big menu offering plenty of Vietnamese food options other than Pho. We especially like their spring rolls and Banh Mi. They also have plenty of vegetarian dishes and yes their Pho also rocks!
4. Pho Nguyen

Pho Nguyen does a great job and we especially like their fresh spring rolls with shrimp. They also have some impressive specials and combo platters at times which we have never tried but look amazing. Unfortunately no vegetarian Pho options at the time of writing this.

Another very well reviewed Boise Pho restaurant that we haven’t tried yet but with all the good Google reviews I’m sure it’s terrific. After finding their menu on a rather clunky website I was pleased at what I saw. The quality looked great and had lots of variety. Let us know what you think in the comments below.

At Pho Real it’s all about the family and this family run restaurant has a great menu with a lot of vegan options. They are proud in the fact that their Pho cooks for over 10 hours before being served to their loyal following. While traveling in Vietnam we found that a lot of the Pho was served with shrimp, typically dried shrimp, which we learned to really enjoy.
We haven’t found a lot of Pho restaurants in the states that serve shrimp but these guys do. Now keep in mind these are nice fresh shrimp and not dried shrimp but still a welcomed change from the typical Pho meats that are offered.

Pho Nomenal is the new kid on the block, opened in 2022, but people are loving it. As with all new things only time will tell but the Google reviews thus far are quite good. It’s on our to-try list and be sure to drop a comment below if you’ve been.

The food scene is kicking here in Boise and it’s so great to have such a collection of terrific Pho restaurants to choose from.
